Terms of Service for the Adler's Crypto Insights Newsletter

This document (hereinafter the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the author (hereinafter the “Publisher” or “Author”) of the Adler's Crypto Insights Newsletter and its users (hereinafter “Subscribers” or “Users”). Subscription to and use of the Newsletter’s materials signifies the User’s complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Terms of Service

1.1. General Provisions

1.1.1. The Adler's Crypto Insights Newsletter (hereinafter the “Newsletter”) is an informational resource containing analytical materials, articles, and commentary that express the Author’s personal opinions.

1.1.2. Use of the Newsletter’s materials is undertaken at the User’s own risk. Subscription to the Newsletter signifies the User’s acceptance of these Terms without any limitations.

1.2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

1.2.1. Disclaimer of Investment Advice. The information contained in the Newsletter does not constitute financial advice, an investment recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any assets. The User makes decisions based solely on the information provided.

1.2.2. Limitation of Liability. The Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Newsletter’s materials. Financial markets are inherently volatile, and any actions taken based on the content of the Newsletter are done so at the User’s own risk.

1.2.3. Disclaimer of Warranties. The materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

1.3. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

1.3.1. All materials published as part of the Newsletter are protected by copyright and are governed by applicable copyright laws.

1.3.2. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Newsletter’s materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.3.3. Restrictions. Any copying, distribution, public display, modification, or other use of the materials is permitted only if a direct backlink to the original study is provided. The link must be placed in such a manner that any user can easily access the source material. Commercial use of the content is allowed only with the prior written consent of the Author.

1.4. Amendments to the Terms

1.4.1. The Author reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

1.4.2. The current version of the Agreement is always available on the Substack platform.

1.4.3. Continued use of the Newsletter after amendments have been made constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of the updated terms.

1.5. Termination of Use and Unsubscription

1.5.1. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe feature provided on the platform.

1.5.2. The Author reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Newsletter in the event that the User violates these Terms or for any other valid reason.

1.6. Force Majeure

1.6.1. The Author shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to military actions, natural disasters, or disruptions in network communications or internet service providers.

1.7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1.7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

1.7.2. All disputes, disagreements, or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be resolved in a court of law in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

1.7.3. The Parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes shall be determined in accordance with United States law.
